Book Your Wedding Date
If you have already picked a date for your big day, contact us, we provide you with information on occupancy for desired date. You can contact us via email or telephone throughout the year. Reservations for summer months are recommended to be arranged in advance.
To book your wedding date, please call our wedding coordinator (phones: landline +420 325 585 228 or mobile +420 721 383 665), who will confirm dates, check the local registry office availability and do the booking. Following our contact, the requirements of the Municipal Authority - Loučeň registry will be forwarded to you. After paying the wedding fee and after confirming the validity of all the necessary documents from the registrar, (Please note the local registry office formalities must be completed at least 30 days before the wedding, otherwise date of the wedding might not be confirmed by the registry office), we will be happy to issue a binding letter of reservation.
